Trust & Privacy
How we handle your data
This page is maintained by the SayLess Academy team to answer common security and privacy questions about SayLess Academy. It describes current practices and may be updated as the product evolves. It is not an independent certification or audit.
Who we are
SayLess Academy is a sales-training product operated by Ronnell Richards. Membership, courses, and certification content are delivered through this website and connected partner platforms.
Account & authentication
Where accounts are required, sign-in is handled by our hosting and backend providers using standard authentication practices. Credentials are never visible to SayLess Academy staff.
Data we collect
We collect the information you provide directly (such as name and email when joining the membership or submitting a form) and basic analytics needed to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Subprocessors & integrations
SayLess Academy uses third-party services to host the site, process payments for membership and courses, and schedule calls. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their function.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and standard web analytics to understand site usage and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Retention & deletion
We keep account and purchase information for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service. You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Shared responsibility
Platform-level capabilities (hosting, transport encryption, backend access controls) are provided by our infrastructure partners. Account-level practices — strong passwords, keeping your email secure, and limiting who you share access with — are your responsibility.
